Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we provide services to clients.

  • The structure of the agreement (Proposal, Terms and Privacy Policy)
  • Scope and delivery of services as defined in each proposal
  • Client responsibilities, including access, permissions and system readiness
  • Fees, invoicing and payment terms (including late payment provisions)
  • Intellectual property ownership and permitted use of deliverables
  • Confidentiality obligations between both parties
  • Data protection roles (Customer as Controller, UKCP as Processor)
  • Use of third-party tools and services
